When I started shopping around for diamonds, I had no idea what to look for in quality. I searched the internet for a site that I could learn from. In fact, after reading the guide, I performed a search for a diamond on the www.usagiacerteddiamonds.com website. Martin responded to my e-mail personally with a diamond that was absolutely unbelieveable. I called him on the phone, and he did everything in his power to make purchasing my diamond as risk free as possible. He even faxed me a receipt before I paid for the diamond. Once I received the diamond, I had it appraised, and the appraiser had nothing but great things to say about the diamond, and he assessed its value at about $1000 more than I actually paid for it. I highly recommend shopping for a diamond through Martin and IGS. It was one of the smartest things I have ever done.
