May 31, 1999 'Hi Martin, Thank you so much for 'The IGS Diamond Buyer's Guide'. I've read it several times and constantly refer back to it. I live in NY and have gone to a couple of diamond dealers as well as some stores. Obviously, the dealers seem to be coming up with better prices. It was really great to be able to look at a stone with the loupe and actually know basically what I was looking at.
